By using SuperShy you agree to these terms. Please read them.

About the service

SuperShy is a slow social app that lets you:

• Share one photo frame with optional words each day.
• Stay close with 8 included friends, or up to 16 with the optional Friend Pack.
• See the profile cities your friends choose to share on the map.
• Talk in conversations.

How it works

• One frame per day, at most.
• 8 friend spaces are included. The optional one-time Friend Pack expands the limit to 16.
• Scanning a QR code sends a request, and friendship begins only after acceptance.
• What you share is visible only to your friends.
• A posted frame can be voided, but not edited. Voiding it does not restore that day's posting opportunity.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a SuperShy account.

Content rules

What you share must not:

• Contain illegal, violent, sexual, or hateful material.
• Infringe others' privacy or intellectual property.
• Impersonate others or mislead.
• Spam or harass other people.

SuperShy has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users can report objectionable frames, messages, and profiles in the app, and can block abusive users at any time. Blocking removes that user's content from the blocking user's experience immediately and sends a report for review.

We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove offending content, suspend access, or delete accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions & purchases

SuperShy offers an optional subscription, Super Supershy.

• Super Supershy is auto-renewable and lets you create new Private Frames visible only to you. Current localized prices and billing periods are shown before purchase.
• If the subscription ends, existing Private Frames remain private and readable; creating new Private Frames requires an active subscription.
• The optional Friend Pack is a separate one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently expands the friend limit from 8 to 16. If Apple refunds or revokes it, the limit returns to 8, but existing friendships are not removed.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your SuperShy account does not cancel a subscription.
• Purchases are restored via "Restore Purchases" in Settings.

Use of purchases is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Account security

• You sign in with Sign in with Apple.
• Don't share your account with anyone.
• Deleting your account permanently erases all data and can't be undone.

• SuperShy is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted service.
• We are not responsible for content posted by users.
• We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
• Significant changes will be announced in advance.
